The fiber itself performed correctly — attenuation at 1310 nm averaged 0.34 dB/km and macrobend loss at R=7.5 mm was within ITU-T G.657.A2 limits. However, the initial shipment arrived without the IEC 60793-1-30 proof test stress certificates our client required for compliance sign-off.
