We ordered 8 tons of 304 stainless steel coil (1.2mm thickness, 1200mm width, 2B finish) for our commercial kitchen equipment production line. Upon inspection, we noticed some minor surface streaking on approximately 4% of the coil length - the marks were superficial and did not affect corrosion resistance but were not ideal for our visible exterior panel applications where appearance is critical. We documented the issue with photographs and contacted their quality team. Perfect BA Finish Coil for Elevator Cladding Project
We ordered 7 tons of 304 stainless steel coil with BA bright annealed finish (1.0mm thickness, 1220mm width) for our luxury hotel elevator interior cladding project in Dubai. Good quality material for our refrigerator panel production. We compared pricing from 4 different mills and their quote for 304 cold-rolled coil was competitive at 7% below our current supplier while offering better thickness tolerance of ±0.045mm versus our previous ±0.06mm.
