Acceptable Quality with Minor Packaging Issues Resolved
Decent product, some issues resolved. Ordered 6 tons of 316L hot rolled coils (3.2mm thickness, 1300mm width) for pharmaceutical equipment fabrication. Material quality was good with proper chemical composition per ASTM A240 and acceptable surface finish. However, initial shipment arrived with water staining on outer wraps of two coils due to inadequate moisture barrier during ocean freight. The affected areas showed surface discoloration but no actual corrosion after cleaning. Supplier responded professionally within 24 hours, arranged inspection, and provided 8% credit for our additional cleaning labor costs. They also upgraded packaging specifications for our subsequent order with double-layer VCI film and desiccant packs, which arrived in perfect condition. Suggest they standardize the enhanced packaging for all export shipments to prevent recurrence. Overall acceptable supplier who stands behind their product and resolves issues fairly. Decent 304 Coils with Good Technical Support
Decent product quality overall. We compared quotes from 5 European suppliers and their price was mid-range but included free custom slitting service which added value. Ordered 9 tons of 304 hot rolled coils (2.8mm thickness) slit to three different widths (800mm, 1000mm, 1200mm) for our modular kitchen equipment production. The slitting tolerance was within ±0.020 inches, slightly wider than the ±0.015 inches we typically specify, requiring minor adjustment to our forming tooling. However, edge quality was good with minimal burring. Their technical team provided helpful forming recommendations for our specific radii requirements. Surface finish consistency varied slightly between coils from different heats - one coil had slightly darker pickling but still within acceptable 2D finish standards. Overall good supplier for volume orders. 4 stars because of tolerance and finish variations, but considering the bundled slitting service and responsive technical support, it represents fair value.

Perfect 321 Coils for High Temperature Application
Outstanding material for our exhaust system manufacturing. Ordered 7 tons of 321 titanium-stabilized hot rolled coils (3.5mm thickness, 1400mm width) for automotive exhaust components operating at 850°C continuous service. Material certificates documented titanium content at 0.42%, providing excellent stabilization against intergranular corrosion per ASTM A240 requirements. We performed elevated temperature tensile testing at 800°C and the material maintained 185 MPa yield strength, well above our design requirements of 160 MPa.
