Acceptable Quality with Initial Documentation Delay
Purchased 500 kg minimum order of 316 round bars in 28mm diameter for food processing equipment. Material quality was acceptable with proper chemical composition per EN 10088-3. However, EN 10204 3.1 certificates arrived 4 days after the material shipment, delaying our production start. Supplier resolved this by expediting digital certificates for future orders. The bars machined well with no internal defects found. For the price point, quality is fair though documentation process needs improvement.

Reliable 304 Bars for Structural Applications
We bought 950 kg of 304 round bars (30mm and 45mm diameters) for architectural railing project in Dubai. Material complied with ASTM A276 specifications and welding performance was good. Pricing was reasonable for the Middle East market. One batch had slight surface marks on 3 bars but supplier quickly replaced them. Delivery took 22 days which was acceptable for our construction timeline. Would order again for general structural use though would prefer tighter surface inspection for decorative applications.
