Acceptable Quality with Resolved Documentation Issues
Purchased 65 metric tons of hot rolled coil (4mm thickness) for our appliance manufacturing facility in São Paulo. Initial shipment had incomplete material certificates missing tensile test data for 2 coils. Supplier responded within 24 hours and provided corrected documentation from the mill.
