Ordered 40 tonnes of galvanized angle (L90×90×9) and channel sections for agricultural shed framing in Queensland. First shipment had visible uncoated spots on roughly 3% of angle pieces — likely flux inclusions during galvanizing. Raised the issue immediately; supplier arranged replacement pieces and issued a corrective action report within one week, citing a bath contamination event that has since been rectified. Second and third deliveries were clean, coating mass confirmed above 325 g/m². MTRs and ASTM A36 mechanical data were always accurate. Appreciate the responsive handling — will continue cautiously with closer incoming inspection.

Good value on galvanized UB sections — minor documentation delay noted

Ordered 50 tonnes of galvanized UB 254×146 and UC 203×203 sections for a footbridge project in Leeds, requiring ASTM A123 and ISO 1461 dual certification. Product quality was strong — coating thickness measured 62–78 µm on our end, tensile strength within 400–550 MPa range as stated. Only issue was that final MTRs arrived two days after the shipment notification rather than simultaneously, which created a brief hold at our site. Supplier acknowledged the process gap and resolved it. Price per tonne was 8% below our previous UK supplier. Would order again with the documentation timing clarified upfront.
