室外光缆制造工艺

生产始于从高纯度石英预制棒中精密拉制光纤，单模光纤的芯径达到 8.2 µm，多模光纤的芯径达到 50/62.5 µm。每根光纤均涂覆双层紫外固化丙烯酸酯，然后组装到填充触变性阻水凝胶的松套管中。随后施加由额定 1,500 MPa 的芳纶纱或玻璃纤维杆组成的加强构件，在指定情况下再加装皱纹钢带铠装，最后挤制标称厚度为 2.0–3.5 mm 的高密度聚乙烯护套。

Product quality fine — initial shipment had a labeling discrepancy, now resolved
Ordered 60,000 meters of 48-fiber OS2 cable for a district cooling utility network in Dubai. Upon arrival, approximately 8 reels had drum length labels that did not match the OTDR trace data enclosed — a discrepancy of roughly 50–80 meters per reel. This created scheduling complications on-site. Raised the issue with the supplier and they responded within 24 hours, provided corrected documentation, and offered partial credit for the re-measurement labor cost. Cable itself tested correctly at ≤0.20 dB/km at 1550 nm per ITU-T G.652D — the fiber quality is not the concern. Issue has been resolved and we are considering a follow-up order, but quality control on labeling needs improvement.
