Ordered 15,000 meters of G.652D single-mode for a metropolitan ring project. On arrival, three of the 20 reels had mislabeled length markings — a 500 m discrepancy per reel — which created scheduling complications on site. I raised this immediately and the supplier dispatched replacement reels via express air freight within five business days at no additional cost, plus issued a credit note for the delay impact. Actual cable attenuation (≤0.18 dB/km at 1550 nm) and IEC 60793 compliance were verified and correct throughout. Issue was handled professionally once escalated. Competitive pricing on G.657A1 bend-insensitive fiber — good for high-density MDU installs

Procured 40,000 meters of G.657A1 LSZH-jacketed cable for multi-dwelling unit FTTH installations across Dubai. Attenuation readings at 1310 nm averaged 0.33 dB/km, within ITU-T spec and acceptable for our link budgets. The factory pricing was noticeably better than regional distributors, and volume discount kicked in at the 30,000 m tier. Technical datasheet was comprehensive. Good value on OM3 multimode — minor lead time variance but quality holds up

Ordered 25,000 meters of OM3 multimode cable for an enterprise campus upgrade. Bandwidth measured at 2,100 MHz·km, consistent with IEC 60793-2-10 spec. Cable quality and LSZH jacket finish were solid, and pricing came in 12% below our previous domestic supplier for equivalent spec. Only minor issue: actual delivery was four days later than the initial estimate due to port congestion, though the team communicated proactively throughout.
