Decent Product — Initial Coating Concern Was Resolved Professionally
Ordered 15 tons of 80×8mm galvanized flat bars for a building project in Abu Dhabi. Upon inspection, we found that about 10% of pieces in two bundles showed coating thickness below 45 µm in localized spots, which concerned us given our harsh coastal environment. Contacted the supplier and they responded within 24 hours with a resolution — provided replacement material shipped at their cost and adjusted the invoice. The replacement batch measured 60–75 µm consistently. Appreciate the professional handling, though initial QC should have caught this. Product is now performing well on site after three months of exposure.

Competitive Mill-Direct Pricing for Bulk Orders
We distribute galvanized steel products in the Midwest and placed a trial order of 25 tons covering multiple sizes from 25×3mm up to 150×15mm. The mill-direct pricing was genuinely competitive — saved us meaningful margin compared to our previous Asian source. All material met ASTM A123 coating requirements and dimensional tolerances were tight. Delivery took about 35 days which is standard. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the initial quote response took 36 hours rather than the advertised 24, but once confirmed everything moved smoothly.

Good Value — Minor Packaging Issue But Product Is Solid
Purchased 6 tons of 60×6mm galvanized flat bars (Q235B, 6m standard lengths) for shelving system fabrication. Product quality is genuinely good — coating thickness averaged around 58 µm and surface finish was clean with minimal spangle variation. Tensile strength matched the 370–400 MPa range on the certificates. One bundle had slightly loosened strapping on arrival which caused minor surface scratching on a few pieces, but nothing that affected usability. Price-to-quality ratio is excellent for this grade. Would recommend specifying reinforced packaging for sea freight.

Excellent Grounding Flat Bars — Coating Quality Exceeded Expectations
We purchased 12 metric tons of galvanized flat steel bars (40×4mm, 6m lengths) for substation grounding installations across three sites in Texas. Zinc coating measured consistently at 70–80 µm which exceeds the ASTM A123 minimum. Salt spray test certificates were included with every bundle.
