Quality Fine, Initial Documentation Delay Resolved
We ordered 70 tons of S235JR HEB 200 beams for a bridge approach structure in Gujarat. The beams themselves were good — yield strength, tensile properties, and dimensions all met EN 10025 requirements. However, the original mill test certificates had a clerical error on the heat number for one batch, which caused a delay at our inspection stage. To their credit, the supplier corrected and reissued the MTC within 48 hours and offered a small discount on our next order as goodwill. The issue was resolved professionally, and the beams performed well in service. Would consider ordering again with clearer upfront documentation checks.

Good Value S235JR Beams — Minor Packaging Issue
Ordered 35 tons of IPE 300 beams in S235JR for a retail park development in Birmingham. Beam quality was solid — mechanical properties all within EN 10025 spec and surface finish was clean black with no visible mill scale flaking. Pricing was competitive, especially for the quantity. Only reason for 4 stars: a few bundles had loose strapping on arrival, though no actual beam damage occurred. Excellent A36 I Beams for Our Warehouse Project
We ordered 120 metric tons of ASTM A36 W-shape I beams (W12×26 and W16×40) for a warehouse expansion in Texas. Dimensional tolerances were spot-on per ASTM A6/A6M, and the mill test certificates checked out perfectly against our engineer's requirements.
