Minor Labeling Issue but Resolved Quickly
Ordered 304L C channels (100mm x 50mm, 4mm web, pickled finish) for architectural framing — about 3 tonnes. When the shipment arrived in Melbourne, two bundles had incorrect size labels which caused some confusion at our warehouse. We contacted their support team and they responded within a few hours, confirmed the material was actually correct via heat numbers matching the MTCs, and sent updated documentation. The channels themselves were fine quality and met ASTM A276 specs. Issue was purely administrative and handled professionally, but better labeling QC would prevent this.

Decent Pricing for 316L Channels — Suitable for Gulf Climate
We needed 316L C channels for an outdoor structural application in Abu Dhabi where salt air corrosion is a constant concern. Ordered 250mm height, 10mm web, in 6m and 9m lengths — about 7 tonnes. The material quality and MTCs were proper, and the chloride resistance of 316L grade is performing well after three months of exposure. Pricing was competitive for mill-direct, though we had to negotiate a bit on the initial quote. Would have liked slightly faster shipping — took about 30 days to reach Jebel Ali port.
