Initial Labelling Issue Resolved Promptly
Ordered 35 tonnes of S235JR HEA 180 for a portal frame structure in Leeds. When the shipment arrived, we noticed some bundles had incorrect size labels which caused confusion during unloading. Contacted their support team and they resolved it within 24 hours by providing corrected documentation and a detailed packing list cross-referenced with heat numbers. The actual beams themselves were correct sizes and quality was fine — yield strength and chemistry all within EN 10025-2 limits. Giving 3 stars because the labelling error shouldn't have happened, but credit to them for sorting it quickly.

Decent Pricing for Bulk S235JR H Beam Order
We imported 150 tonnes of HEB 200 and HEB 300 S235JR H beams for a commercial complex project in Hyderabad. The factory pricing was noticeably lower than European traders — saved about 12% on our total procurement budget. EN 10204 3.1 certificates were provided and accepted by our third-party inspection agency. Steel quality was good with elongation values around 28%, exceeding the 26% minimum. Minor surface rust on a few beams due to sea transit, but nothing beyond normal expectations. Good value for the price point.

Good Value but Shipping Took Slightly Longer Than Expected
Purchased 45 tonnes of S235JR HEA 240 H beams for a crane runway installation. Quality was solid — all mechanical properties per EN 10025-2 checked out, and the beams were dimensionally accurate to EN 10365 tolerances. Pricing was very competitive for mill-direct supply. Only reason for 4 stars is shipping took 26 days instead of the quoted 20 days, likely due to port congestion. The product itself is exactly what we needed. Would order again but will factor in extra lead time for planning.

Repeat Order — Factory Building in Abu Dhabi
This is our second order with this supplier. First was 60 tonnes of HEB 240 for a commercial building in Dubai, now 95 tonnes of HEB 300 and HEB 450 for an industrial factory in Abu Dhabi. Both orders delivered to Jebel Ali port within the promised timeframe. S235JR grade works perfectly for our structural frames in this climate — the JR impact toughness is more than adequate for Gulf region temperatures. Excellent Quality HEB 300 Beams for Our Warehouse Project
We ordered 120 tonnes of S235JR HEB 300 H beams for a logistics warehouse build in Birmingham. Every beam arrived with full EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates and dimensional tolerances were spot-on per EN 10365. Yield strength verified at 241 MPa on our independent testing — well above the 235 MPa minimum. Flanges were clean with no visible rolling defects. Weldability was excellent during fabrication, no preheating required. Delivery took 18 days door-to-door which was faster than quoted. Will definitely be specifying from this supplier on our next project.
