Excellent Quality 12 Inch Schedule 80S Pipe for Refinery Expansion

We ordered 18 tons of 12 inch diameter 316L stainless steel pipe in Schedule 80S (0.500 inch wall thickness) for our crude oil processing unit upgrade. Material certificates showed carbon content at 0.024%, molybdenum at 2.18%, fully compliant with ASTM A312. We conducted hydrostatic testing at 1500 psi and ultrasonic examination per ASTM E213 - all results exceeded specification requirements. Surface finish was excellent 2B with Ra measurements of 0.48 μm, no visible defects or surface contamination. The seamless manufacturing process delivered uniform wall thickness within ±5% tolerance. Delivered in 11 days from order confirmation, 4 days ahead of the promised schedule. This is our 4th order from this supplier for high-pressure piping systems. Quality has been consistently excellent across all deliveries. Highly recommended for petrochemical applications requiring superior corrosion resistance and pressure ratings above 1000 psi.
