Premium Grade E Plates for LNG Carrier
Ordered 38 tons of Grade E shipbuilding steel (22mm and 28mm thickness) for LNG carrier hull construction requiring enhanced low-temperature toughness. Impact test results at -40°C showed 85 Joules average, exceeding our 27 Joules minimum requirement. Phosphorus and sulfur content were exceptionally low at 0.018% and 0.022% respectively, ensuring excellent weldability. Technical team provided welding procedure qualification support. EN 10204 3.1 certificates and third-party inspection reports were comprehensive. Delivery completed in 36 days to Santos port.

Acceptable Quality with Documentation Issues Resolved
Purchased 30 tons of DH36 plates (20mm thickness) for offshore support vessel project. Material quality was acceptable with mechanical properties meeting ABS requirements. Initial shipment had incomplete English translation on some Chinese mill certificates which caused approval delays. Supplier promptly provided corrected documentation within 48 hours and ABS surveyor approved materials. Thickness tolerance was within specification. Reliable Grade B Plates for Workboat Construction
Ordered 20 tons of Grade B shipbuilding plates (15mm thickness, 2000mm width) for commercial workboat hull construction. Material met ASTM A131 specifications with tensile strength at 425 MPa.
