Initial Surface Issue Resolved Satisfactorily
Ordered 15 tons of 34CrMo4 pipe (159mm OD, 7.5mm WT) for oxygen cylinder production. Upon arrival, we found approximately 8% of pipes had minor surface scale that exceeded our internal acceptance criteria for machined OD finish. Raised the issue with Kuaima's quality team and they responded within 24 hours, offered a credit note, and shipped replacements within two weeks at no charge. The replacement pipes were perfect. Material properties and documentation were fine throughout. Appreciated the responsive resolution.

Competitive Pricing on 30CrMo Grade - Solid Product
We tested Kuaima as an alternative source for 30CrMo pipe, 267mm OD x 14mm WT, for high-pressure nitrogen cylinders per ASTM A519. Ordered a trial quantity of 10 tons. Meets EN 10083-3 Requirements Precisely
Ordered 34CrMo4 pipe to EN 1964-1 for medical oxygen cylinder production — 140mm OD, 6.8mm WT, cut to 1,650mm lengths with beveled ends. We ordered 45 metric tons of 34CrMo4 seamless pipe, OD 219mm x 8.5mm wall thickness, for our CNG cylinder line operating at 250 bar. Every pipe came with a full EN 10204 Type 3.1 MTC and the Charpy impact values at -40°C consistently exceeded 45 J. Ultrasonic test reports were thorough.
