Initial Dimension Issue Resolved Professionally
We ordered 20 tons of ASTM A210 Gr. A-1 tubes, 76.2mm OD x 5.56mm WT, for a process heater project. Upon receiving, our QC team found that roughly 8% of tubes had OD measurements at the upper end of tolerance, which caused minor fit-up concerns with our existing tube sheets. Decent Pricing, Good Certs—Minor Packaging Issue
Ordered 12 tons of SA192 seamless tubes, 50.8mm OD x 3.68mm WT, for auxiliary boiler systems on two cargo vessels. We needed Lloyd's classification approval and Kuaima provided all necessary documentation for our surveyor's review. Tubes passed inspection without issues. Mechanical properties exceeded minimum requirements—tensile came in at 440 MPa. Pricing was about 15% below our usual UK-based stockholder. Deducting one star because some bundles had loose strapping on arrival at Southampton, though no tubes were damaged. They've assured improved packaging going forward.

Good Value for Large-Volume District Heating Project
We sourced 65 metric tons of ASTM A192 seamless boiler tubes for a high-pressure hot water distribution network in Abu Dhabi. Sizes ranged from 60.3mm to 88.9mm OD with various wall thicknesses. Pricing was very competitive compared to European and Japanese mills—roughly 18% savings on a CIF Jebel Ali basis. Quality was solid and MTCs were comprehensive. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that delivery took 38 days versus the quoted 30 days due to production scheduling. Still, for the price-to-quality ratio on this volume, we are satisfied and planning repeat orders.

We had an unplanned outage at a food processing plant and needed SA210 Gr. A-1 tubes urgently—25.4mm OD x 2.77mm WT, about 8 tons. EN 10216-2 Compliant Tubes Met Our Strict QA Requirements
As a German boiler manufacturer, our quality expectations are very high. We tested Kuaima with a trial order of 6 tons of cold-drawn seamless tubes per EN 10216-2, P235GH equivalent, 44.5mm OD x 4.0mm WT. Consistent Quality Across Multiple Batches for Fire-Tube Boiler Production
We manufacture industrial fire-tube boilers for the textile sector and have been sourcing SA192 seamless tubes from Kuaima for three consecutive orders now—approximately 15 tons each time. OD range 31.75mm to 63.5mm, wall thickness 2.77mm to 3.96mm. Carbon content on the MTCs has been remarkably consistent at 0.08–0.10%, which keeps our welding procedures stable. Excellent SA210 Gr. A-1 Tubes for Our Waterwall Retrofit
We ordered 28 metric tons of SA210 Grade A-1 seamless boiler tubes, OD 50.8mm x 5.08mm WT, for a waterwall panel replacement at our 120MW coal-fired unit. Every tube came with EN 10204 3.1 MTC and the hydrostatic test results matched perfectly. Dimensional consistency was outstanding—wall thickness variation stayed well within ASTM A450 tolerance.
