Minor Labeling Issue Resolved Promptly
Ordered 12 tonnes of S235JR C channels in 250×80 mm for a commercial fit-out in Sydney. The steel quality itself was fine — met all EN 10025-2 specs and the mill certs checked out. However, two bundles arrived with incorrect heat number labels which caused a delay in our QA process. Contacted their support team and they resolved it within 48 hours by providing corrected documentation with full traceability. Not ideal, but their response was professional and the material performed well during fabrication. Would order again with a note to double-check labeling.

Competitive Pricing on S235JR Channels
We sourced 18 tonnes of S235JR C channel profiles in 120×55 mm and 200×75 mm for a factory building project in Pune. Good Value for Bulk C Channel Order
Ordered 20 tonnes of S235JR C channels in 150×65 mm for equipment mounting frames. Price per tonne was about 8% below what our usual domestic distributor quoted, even factoring in shipping. Material quality was solid — yield strength on the MTC showed 242 MPa and tensile at 395 MPa. Only minor issue was one bundle had slightly bent flanges from transit, but it was a small percentage and didn't affect our fabrication. Overall a good deal for the price point.

Purchased 15 tonnes of S235JR C channels, primarily 150×65 mm with 6.5 mm web thickness, cut to 9 m lengths for conveyor support frames at our Ohio plant.
