Minor Labeling Issue Resolved Quickly
Ordered 25 tons of C-purlins — 180mm x 70mm x 2.0mm, galvanized, 6,000mm lengths — for a retail warehouse roof system. The product quality itself was fine and met ASTM A36 specs. However, one bundle arrived with incorrect size labels which caused some confusion on site during installation. Contacted customer support and they responded within a few hours, confirmed the correct specs via mill cert traceability, and arranged for replacement labels. Issue was resolved satisfactorily and the actual steel dimensions were correct — it was purely a labeling error. Would order again but hope for tighter QC on packaging details.

Solid C-Channels — Good Value for Money
We imported 70 tons of C-shaped steel channels in A572 Grade 50 — 200mm x 80mm x 3.0mm, 10,000mm lengths — for equipment platform supports in a mining facility in Western Australia. Tensile strength came in at 485 MPa per our independent lab testing, comfortably within the 450-620 MPa range. The strength-to-weight ratio is genuinely impressive compared to the hot-rolled sections we were using before — about 25% weight reduction for equivalent load capacity. Packaging was adequate for sea freight though I'd prefer heavier gauge steel strapping on the bundles. Overall good value.

Good Product Quality, Competitive Against Local Mills
Ordered 45 tons of cold-formed C-purlins — 100mm x 50mm x 1.5mm and 150mm x 65mm x 2.0mm — for wall girts on a factory building in Chennai. Product quality was noticeably better than what we typically source from local mills, particularly in terms of straightness and consistent lip dimensions. Galvanizing was even and met the Z275 specification. Pricing was competitive even after including freight to India. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the shipping documentation took a few extra days to finalize, but the product itself is excellent.

Third Order This Year — Consistently Good Quality
This is our third purchase in 2025 — we keep coming back because the quality is consistent batch to batch. Latest order was 60 tons of ASTM A36 C-channels, 180mm x 70mm x 2.5mm, galvanized, for conveyor support framing. Yield strength tested at 258 MPa on our end, well above the 235 MPa minimum. Weldability has been excellent with no cracking issues. We've now standardized on this supplier for all our C-purlin requirements. Lead time has been 25-30 days consistently across all three orders.
