On arrival, roughly 8% of the tubes in one bundle showed uneven zinc coating thickness below the 85 micron minimum we specified. Raised the issue with the supplier immediately — they responded within 24 hours, accepted the quality claim, and arranged a partial credit plus priority replacement shipment for the affected quantity, which arrived within 15 days.
