Minor Labeling Issue Resolved Quickly
Ordered 25 tons of C-purlins — 180mm x 70mm x 2.0mm, galvanized, 6,000mm lengths — for a retail warehouse roof system. The product quality itself was fine and met ASTM A36 specs. However, one bundle arrived with incorrect size labels which caused some confusion on site during installation. Contacted customer support and they responded within a few hours, confirmed the correct specs via mill cert traceability, and arranged for replacement labels. Issue was resolved satisfactorily and the actual steel dimensions were correct — it was purely a labeling error. Would order again but hope for tighter QC on packaging details.
