Initial Marking Issue Resolved — Tubes Themselves Were Fine
Ordered 10 tons of SA213 T22 tubes, OD 38.1mm x 5.1mm, for an HRSG project in Texas. The tubes met all mechanical and chemical specs per our ASME requirements. However, roughly 15% of tubes had heat number stenciling that was partially illegible on arrival, which caused a delay with our QA documentation. Kuaima responded quickly, provided supplementary traceability records within 48 hours, and offered to re-stencil at their cost on future shipments. Problem solved, but it cost us two days on site. Tube quality itself was not in question.

Decent Value on A106 Grade B Boiler Tubes
Purchased 12 tons of ASTM A106 Grade B seamless tubes, various sizes from OD 33.4mm to 114.3mm, wall thicknesses 4.0–8.6mm, for an economizer retrofit. Pricing was very competitive for the volume. All MTCs checked out — yield strength consistently above 240 MPa minimum. One bundle had minor surface oxidation beyond what we expected for oiled finish, but it was cosmetic only and didn't affect serviceability. Overall a fair deal and we'd consider Kuaima for future procurement rounds.

Good Quality P91 Tubes at Competitive Price
Ordered 5 tons of SA335 P91 seamless pipe, OD 219.1mm x 25mm WT, for a waste-to-energy plant reheater section. Quality was solid — hardness, tensile, and creep data all within ASME acceptance. The price was roughly 18% lower than our usual European supplier for equivalent Baosteel material. Only reason for 4 stars is the 38-day lead time felt slightly long, though they did warn us upfront that P91 in this dimension required fresh mill production. Would order again for non-urgent projects.

Strong Technical Support for Petrochemical Furnace Tubing
Sourced SA213 T11 seamless tubes, OD 76.2mm x 9.5mm, 12-meter random lengths, for a process heater revamp in our Ruwais refinery complex. Kuaima's technical team helped us cross-reference our original 13CrMo44 EN specification to the ASTM equivalent and confirmed the mechanical property overlap. All 22 tons passed SGS inspection. Tensile strength averaged 520 MPa — well above the 415 MPa minimum. Packaging was excellent with steel cradles suitable for desert logistics conditions.

Reliable Repeat Supplier for P22 and 15CrMoG Grades
This is our fourth order with Kuaima over the past two years. Latest purchase was 15 tons of ASTM A335 P22 pipes, OD 168.3mm x 12.7mm, for a coal-fired power plant superheater replacement. Also included 6 tons of 15CrMoG per GB 5310. Both grades passed our incoming inspection — flattening tests, flaring tests, and UT per ASTM E213 all satisfactory. Their pricing remains 12-15% below European distributors with comparable mill quality. Consistent and dependable.

Fast Stock Delivery of 20G Boiler Tubes
Needed 8 tons of GB 5310 20G seamless tubes, 57mm OD x 5mm WT, lengths cut to 6,000mm for an industrial biomass boiler economizer. Kuaima had them in stock and shipped within 6 business days. Tubes arrived oiled with beveled ends per our welding spec. Hydrostatic test certificates and OES chemical analysis reports were included. Excellent T91 Tubes — Full Traceability for Supercritical Boiler
Procured ASTM A213 T91 tubes in dimensions OD 42.2mm x 7.1mm for a 600°C supercritical waterwall application. Kuaima arranged BV third-party inspection at the mill, and we received Type 3.2 certificates as requested. Hardness values fell within 200-250 HB range per specification. The normalized and tempered microstructure was confirmed by our metallurgical lab.
