Initial Shipping Delay Resolved — Product Quality Was Fine
Ordered 6 tons of A210 Grade C, 76.2mm x 6.35mm WT, for a heat exchanger project. The tubes themselves met all ASTM requirements — no complaints on material quality or documentation. However, the original delivery was delayed by about 10 days beyond the quoted lead time due to a mill scheduling issue. Kuaima's team communicated the delay proactively and offered a small discount on the next order to compensate, which we appreciated. Product was good once it arrived, so we'd order again with a longer planning buffer.

Solid Product at a Competitive Price — Communication Could Be Slightly Faster
Purchased 5 MT of ASTM A210 Grade A-1, 31.75mm OD x 2.77mm WT, for an industrial boiler tube replacement at a food processing facility. Tubes arrived in good condition, properly marked and bundled. MTC documentation was complete and accurate. Price was very competitive compared to European stockholders. Only minor note — response time on a few technical queries took 48 hours rather than the 24 hours mentioned. Not a dealbreaker, and the final product delivered exactly to spec.

Good Value for a Large Power Plant Order — Minor Packaging Issue
Ordered 30 tons of SA-210 Gr. A-1 tubes for a water-wall replacement at a coal-fired plant in Ohio. Specs were 57.15mm OD x 5.08mm WT in 9-meter lengths. Product quality was solid — all mechanical test results exceeded minimum requirements. Pricing was about 12% below domestic mill quotes for equivalent material. One container had some loose bundling straps on arrival, but no tube damage. Would rate 5 stars if packaging was tighter. Still a very good supplier overall.

Reliable Supply for Biomass CHP Project — Full Traceability
We sourced ASTM A210 Gr. A-1 boiler tubes in multiple dimensions (38.1mm to 76.2mm OD range) for tube bundles in a 25MW biomass co-generation plant. Total order was approximately 22 tons. Grade C Tubes Performed Perfectly in Our Superheater Application
Procured 8 MT of SA-210 Grade C tubes, 63.5mm OD x 5.56mm WT, for a superheater section operating at 510°C and 14 MPa. Excellent Quality on SA-210 Grade A-1 Tubes for Economizer Retrofit
We ordered 12 tons of ASTM A210 Grade A-1 seamless tubes, OD 50.8mm x 3.68mm WT, for an economizer replacement project at a district heating plant. Every tube came with EN 10204 3.1 MTC and the hydrostatic test results were spot on. Dimensional consistency was impressive — wall thickness variation well within tolerance.
