Delivery Delay on T11 Order — Resolved Professionally
Ordered 5 tons of SA213 T11 tubes, 44.5mm OD x 4.0mm WT, for a water wall repair at our gas-fired plant. The original lead time was quoted at 35 days but ended up being closer to 50 days due to a mill scheduling issue. This caused some headaches with our outage planning. That said, Kuaima's team communicated the delay proactively, offered partial shipment of available stock to keep us going, and provided a freight discount on the balance. The tube quality itself was excellent — all eddy current tested, MTCs in order. They handled the problem professionally and I'd consider ordering again with more lead time buffer.

Competitive Pricing on SA192 — Minor Packaging Issue But No Tube Damage
We purchased 4 tons of SA192 seamless tubes, 31.8mm OD x 3.2mm WT, cut to 4-meter fixed lengths for a textile plant boiler retubing job. Price per ton was about 10% below what we'd been paying locally in the UK. The tubes themselves were spot-on — dimensions within tolerance, clean surface finish, mill certs all present. One bundle had some loose strapping on arrival which concerned us initially, but after inspection there was zero damage to the tubes. Mentioned it to their team and they assured us they'd reinforce packaging for future shipments. Tubes performed perfectly once installed. Fair deal for the money.

Good Value on SA210 Gr. C for Refinery Heat Recovery Project
Ordered 15 tons of SA210 Grade C boiler tubes, 76.2mm OD x 5.5mm WT, for a heat recovery unit in our refinery expansion. Mill-direct pricing was noticeably lower than quotes from two other international traders. Quality was solid — tensile strength reported at 510 MPa against the 485 MPa minimum, and all hydrostatic tests passed. Delivery took slightly longer than initially quoted, about 20 days instead of 15, but nothing that impacted our project timeline. Documentation was complete and SGS inspection was arranged smoothly. EN 10216-2 16Mo3 Tubes Met All TÜV Requirements
Procured 8 tons of 16Mo3 seamless boiler tubes per EN 10216-2, dimensions 33.7mm x 4.0mm, for a biomass boiler project. We requested TÜV third-party inspection at the mill and Kuaima coordinated the entire process without any issues. All tubes passed hydrostatic testing and the mechanical properties on the 3.1 certificates were comfortably above minimum requirements — tensile strength came in around 490 MPa. Packaging was proper with steel caps on both ends. Delivery to Hamburg port took about 5 weeks total. Would recommend for European boiler manufacturers needing certified mill-direct supply.

Excellent Technical Support on T91 Grade Selection
We needed SA213 T91 alloy tubes for an HRSG project at a petrochemical refinery — 50.8mm OD x 5.6mm WT, approximately 3.5 tons. Kuaima's technical team helped us verify the creep-rupture specifications for our 620°C design temperature and recommended the correct normalizing and tempering condition.
