Quality Was Fine — Packaging Issue on Arrival, Resolved Promptly
Ordered 4 tons of SA192 boiler tubes, 33.4mm OD x 3.38mm WT, for a boiler maintenance project. The tubes themselves were good — hydrostatic tested, correct dimensions, clean surface finish. However, some bundles had damaged packaging on arrival in Melbourne, and a few tube ends had minor surface scratches. Reported it to Kuaima and they responded within 24 hours, issued a credit for the affected pieces, and shipped replacements at no charge. Problem handled professionally, so I'd still consider them for future orders.

Competitive Pricing on 13CrMo4-5 — Solid Overall Experience
Purchased 5 tons of EN 10216-2 grade 13CrMo4-5 seamless tubes, 44.5mm OD x 4.5mm WT, for a biomass boiler installation. Kuaima's quote came in well below two European mill offers we had. Mechanical properties on the MTC all exceeded minimum yield of 310 MPa. Tubes were cut to our custom 7.2m lengths accurately. Delivery took 34 days — slightly longer than the 30-day estimate — but communication was proactive when the delay became apparent. Would order again.

Good Value on A178 Grade C — Minor Documentation Delay
Ordered 7 metric tons of ASTM A178 Grade C ERW boiler tubes, 50.8mm OD x 3.0mm WT, for an industrial steam system. Price per ton was about 20% below what our usual US-based suppliers quoted, which made a real difference on a tight budget. Tube quality was solid — flattening tests passed, dimensions were within spec. Only issue was the MTC arrived three days after the shipment, which caused a brief hold at our receiving dock. Not a dealbreaker but worth noting.

We sourced GB 5310 grade 20G seamless tubes, 57mm OD x 5.0mm WT, totaling 15 metric tons for a water-tube boiler project.
