Initial documentation gap on MTR — resolved promptly, product quality fine

Ordered 75 tonnes of 16mm HRB400 rebar for a rural road drainage project. The rebar itself met our mechanical requirements — yield strength at 415 MPa, elongation at 16.8%, and rib profile within tolerance. However, the initial MTR batch was missing the chemical composition breakdown for sulphur and phosphorus content, which our project QA engineer flagged immediately. We raised this with the support team and the corrected, complete documentation was issued within two business days. Product quality was not in question, just an administrative oversight. Issue handled professionally. Would consider ordering again with clearer upfront documentation checklist.

Competitive pricing and solid BS 4449 compliance for urban road project

Sourced 130 tonnes of B500C rebar in 10mm to 25mm diameters to BS 4449 for an urban road widening project in Dubai. Price per tonne was competitive compared to regional suppliers, particularly for this certified grade. Mill test reports were provided promptly and covered chemical composition, tensile, and bend testing as required. Delivery to Jebel Ali port took 32 days, which was acceptable. Good value on Grade 60 rebar for bridge deck — minor scheduling note
