Acceptable SGCC Quality, Delivery Delay on Custom Width Resolved
Ordered 28 tons of SGCC coil, 0.8mm thickness, 750mm slit width, Z120 coating for wall cladding panel fabrication in Bogotá. Material quality itself was acceptable — chemical composition and mechanical properties per JIS G3302 were confirmed on the mill cert. The issue was delivery: quoted 20-25 days for the custom slit width but actual loading happened on day 33, causing a 10-day delay in our project schedule. After raising the concern, the supplier expedited the shipping arrangement and provided partial freight compensation. Communication during the delay could have been more proactive. Quality of the steel is good enough that we would consider reordering, but only after confirming production slot availability upfront before placing the next order.

Perfect SGCC Coil for Corrugated Roofing Sheet Line
We've been running a corrugated roofing sheet production line in Accra for 5 years and switched to this supplier 14 months ago. Latest order was 80 tons of SGCC, 0.3mm thickness, 1200mm width, Z100 coating — our fourth order in total. Zinc coating adhesion is excellent; our bend test at 180° shows zero peeling or flaking, critical for corrugating process. Coil weight averaged 5.2 MT per coil, consistent inner diameter of 508mm fitting our uncoiler without adjustment. Shipment from Shanghai arrived at Tema port in 19 days. Reliable SGCC Supply for Agricultural Equipment Components
Ordered a mixed container of 20 tons combining 0.6mm and 1.0mm SGCC coil, both Z80 coating, 1219mm width for agricultural machinery panels in Queensland. Appreciated the 20 MT mixed MOQ option — works well for our smaller production runs. Material met JIS G3302 requirements and elongation on the 0.6mm gauge was 21%, above the 18% minimum. Pricing was fair though not the absolute lowest we found — selected this supplier based on the Type 3.1 certificate and Bureau Veritas inspection availability. Transit time to Brisbane port was 22 days. Would rate 5 stars if payment terms were more flexible for repeat buyers.

Premium SGCC Galvanized Coil for Cable Tray Manufacturing
Sourced 25 tons of SGCC coil, 1.5mm thickness, 1500mm width, Z140 coating for electrical cable tray production. This was a trial order to qualify a new supplier after our previous mill had inconsistent coating uniformity. The coating deviation data on the Type 3.1 certificate showed maximum variation of ±4 g/m² — better than the ±5 g/m² tolerance stated. Good Value SGCC Coil with Minor Packaging Improvement Needed
Ordered 30 tons of SGCC coil, 0.25mm thickness, 914mm width, Z60 coating for home appliance panel stamping. Material quality was solid — yield strength at 215 MPa, surface was zero spangle as specified, suitable for our painting line. Price was competitive versus local trading companies. One minor issue: two coils had slight moisture on the outer wrapping upon arrival at Ho Chi Minh City port, though the steel surface itself showed no rust. Raised this with the supplier and they acknowledged the packaging improvement needed for tropical climate shipping. Will order again but requested additional VCI film wrapping for future shipments.

Excellent SGCC Coils for Roofing Sheet Production
Ordered 60 tons of SGCC galvanized coil, 0.35mm thickness, 1250mm width, Z120 coating for our corrugated roofing sheet line in Dubai. Mill test certificates per EN 10204 Type 3.1 confirmed zinc coating at 124 g/m², well within spec. Thickness tolerance was impressively tight — measured deviation under ±0.01mm across the full coil width. Shipment loaded at Tianjin port and arrived at Jebel Ali 18 days later, exactly on schedule.
