Secure Payment via SinoAli Contract

Nothing ships that fails inspection. You pay the balance after you see the inspection report.

How it works

1. Sign with SinoAli. Your sales contract and commercial invoice are issued by Sinoali (Shandong) Supply Chain Co., Ltd., a registered Chinese company. SinoAli is your seller and is responsible for delivering the goods as specified in the contract.
2. Pay the deposit to SinoAli only. Pay the deposit (usually 30%) to the SinoAli company bank account named in your contract. Never pay a personal account.
3. Inspection before loading. You choose the inspection company (SGS, BV or any third party). We send you the inspection report before the goods are loaded.
4. Pay the balance after the report. You pay the balance only after you have seen the inspection report. Then we load and ship. Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight is also accepted.

If the goods fail inspection

• The goods are not shipped.
• SinoAli arranges replacement goods and a new inspection.
• If the replacement still fails, we refund your full deposit within 7 working days, to the account it was paid from.

How we pay our suppliers

SinoAli buys from the mill under its own purchase contract. We pay the mill's balance only after the goods pass inspection.

Which orders this applies to

All orders where the sales contract and invoice are issued by Sinoali (Shandong) Supply Chain Co., Ltd. It does not apply to contracts you sign directly with another company, or to payments made to any account not named in your SinoAli contract.

Stay safe

SinoAli will never ask you to pay a personal account. If you receive a message asking you to change the bank account, do not pay. Verify it with your SinoAli account manager by phone or video call first. Our official contact numbers are published on www.sinoali.com.

The signed contract prevails. Inspection standards follow the specifications in your contract.
