Terms of Service

1. The service. SinoAli operates a business-to-business marketplace for steel and industrial materials, connecting international buyers with verified Chinese suppliers, and provides suppliers with marketing tools, including the Social Hub for publishing content to the supplier's own social media accounts.
2. Eligibility and accounts. You must be at least 18 and act on behalf of a business. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
3. Supplier content and authorisation. Suppliers are solely responsible for the accuracy of product information, certifications, prices and images they provide. By connecting a social media account to the Social Hub, the supplier authorises SinoAli to publish, schedule and retrieve statistics for content on that account within the permissions granted, and confirms it has the right to grant that authorisation. The supplier can review content before publication and can disconnect the account at any time.
4. Prohibited content. You may not submit or publish content that is false or misleading (including unverifiable certifications, fabricated customer reviews or sales figures), infringes third-party rights, violates sanctions or export-control laws, or breaches the terms of the relevant social platform. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.
5. Inquiries. Inquiries are forwarded to suppliers as a convenience. SinoAli is not a party to any resulting contract unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
6. Intellectual property. The Platform, its design and software belong to SinoAli. You retain ownership of the content you provide and grant SinoAli a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute it for the purposes of the service.
7. Third-party platforms. Social media services are provided by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, policy changes or actions taken on your account.
8. Disclaimer and liability. The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, SinoAli is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to SinoAli for the service in the preceding 12 months.
9. Termination. Either party may terminate at any time. Disconnecting a social media account ends the related authorisation immediately.
10. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China; disputes are submitted to the competent court in Shandong Province.
