Order terms

The written quotation and order confirmation should state the product, grade, dimensions, quantity, tolerance, packing, inspection, documents, price, currency, payment, delivery point and timing.

If a requirement changes, confirm the change in writing before production, packing, payment or dispatch. The latest confirmed order documents govern the transaction.

If any term is unclear, ask the salesperson to explain it before confirming the order.
