This Privacy Policy explains how Sinoali (Shandong) Supply Chain Co., Ltd. ("SinoAli", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information when you use www.sinoali.com (the "Platform"), our mobile pages, and our social media publishing tools (the "Social Hub").

1. Information we collect

• Inquiry and account data: name, company name, country, email address, phone or messaging number, and the content of inquiries you submit to suppliers through the Platform; supplier account details you provide when registering a store.
• Social media connection data (Social Hub): when a supplier or SinoAli staff member connects a social media account to the Social Hub using the platform's official login (Meta, LinkedIn, Google/YouTube, TikTok, X, Pinterest), we receive the account or page identifier, display name, profile image and an access token limited to the permissions shown on the consent screen (typically: publish content, read basic page information and read post statistics). We do not receive passwords.
• Content and performance data: posts we publish on your behalf, and aggregate statistics (impressions, likes, comments, clicks) returned by the social platforms.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring links and campaign parameters (UTM), collected through cookies and Google Analytics.

2. How we use information

To connect buyers and suppliers and deliver inquiries to the relevant supplier; to publish and schedule social media content that a connected account owner has approved; to measure which content and campaigns lead to inquiries; to operate, secure and improve the Platform; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

3. Sharing

Inquiry data is shared with the supplier you contacted. Social media content and tokens are transmitted only to the respective social platform's official API. We use hosting, analytics and messaging service providers who process data on our behalf under contract. We may disclose information where required by law.

4. Retention

Social media access tokens are stored encrypted and deleted when the account is disconnected or when the token expires. Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to serve the business relationship, then deleted or anonymised. Analytics data is retained per the Google Analytics retention setting (14 months).

5. Your rights and choices

You may access, correct or delete your personal information, withdraw consent, or disconnect a social media account at any time: (a) in the social platform's own settings (for example Facebook → Settings → Business Integrations; Google Account → Security → Third-party access; LinkedIn → Settings → Permitted services), and/or (b) by emailing privacy@sinoali.com. See our Data Deletion page for details. We respond within 30 days.

6. Cookies

We use necessary cookies for login and security, and analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand traffic sources. A first-party cookie keeps campaign parameters for up to 30 days so that an inquiry can be attributed to the campaign that brought you here. You can block cookies in your browser.

7. International transfers

The Platform is operated from the People's Republic of China. Social platform APIs are operated by their providers in other countries. By using the Platform you acknowledge that your information may be processed outside your country, with appropriate safeguards.

8. Children

The Platform is a business-to-business service and is not directed to anyone under 18.

9. Changes

We will post any changes on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
