Ordered 10 tons of S355J0WP plate (15mm thickness) for transmission tower components in Alberta. Material quality was good with yield strength at 368 MPa and proper chemical composition. However, mill test certificates arrived 5 days after the material shipment, causing minor project documentation delays. The supplier quickly resolved this by providing certified copies via email within 24 hours of our request. Mechanical properties and surface condition met our specifications. Would recommend verifying documentation delivery schedule upfront for time-sensitive projects.
