16 October 2026: chat with SinoAli sales from any product page

Every product page now has a "Chat with SinoAli Sales" button: next to the product on a computer, and at the bottom of the screen on a phone. It opens a chat with our sales team, on the English, Chinese and Arabic site. If no one is online, leave your email in the chat and we will reply within 1 working day.

15 October 2026: how payment works, on one page

The new page "Secure Payment via SinoAli Contract" explains how you pay when your contract is with SinoAli. The deposit goes only to the company account named in your contract. You choose the inspection company, and you pay the balance after you have seen the inspection report. If replacement goods still fail inspection, your full deposit is refunded within 7 working days.
