Decent product quality overall, with one issue that was resolved. Ordered 6.5 tons of 304 stainless steel equal-leg angle (50×50×6 mm, 6 m, 2B) for sugar refinery structural upgrades. EN 10204 3.1 certs were accurate and complete. However, 19 pieces showed leg thickness deviation up to +0.7 mm (spec +0.5 mm max). Supplier acknowledged the variance, provided corrective action report, and replaced all affected pieces within 9 working days. New shipment met ±0.3 mm tolerance. Suggest verifying thickness sampling protocol for future hot-rolled batches. Acceptable for non-critical load-bearing use once corrected.
