Decent product quality overall, with one issue that was resolved. We noticed thickness variation up to ±0.027 mm on 4 coils out of a 14-ton order (0.8 mm × 1350 mm, 2B finish), exceeding the ±0.02 mm tolerance. The supplier acknowledged the variance, shared root-cause analysis (roll wear calibration), and offered a 3% credit plus priority recalibration for our next order. They also added real-time thickness monitoring data to future certs. Overall acceptable. For precision deep-drawing applications, recommend verifying thickness sampling before full production use.
