Our first 2MT trial order arrived with moisture testing at 8.9% on two of the twelve bags sampled — slightly above the ≤8% specification. We flagged this immediately with the technical team, who acknowledged the variance, provided a revised batch COA with corrected drying parameters, and arranged a partial replacement shipment within 15 days at no additional freight cost. The replacement product tested at 7.3%. The resolution process was handled professionally and transparently. We've since placed a second order and the quality has been fully on-spec. Cautiously optimistic for the ongoing relationship.
