Our first order of 15,000 live mealworms (requested 25–30mm grade) included a noticeable proportion of 20–22mm individuals — roughly 18% by count, outside the agreed spec. I raised this with the sales team immediately. They acknowledged the grading issue, issued a partial credit for the undersized portion, and the second shipment was correctly graded with a QC report attached. Nutritional spec and live arrival rate on both orders were fine. Issue was handled professionally; subsequent orders have been on spec.
