First order of 3,000 superworms showed approximately 15% of larvae below the stated 50mm minimum length, which created grading issues for our juvenile versus adult snake feeding protocols. I contacted customer support, who acknowledged the variance and offered a partial credit and priority re-shipment within 72 hours. The replacement batch was accurately graded at 51–59mm across the board. Protein spec and gut-loading quality were fine throughout. The responsiveness of the support team was genuinely good — the problem was handled professionally. Second order met all specifications. Would cautiously continue ordering.
