Initial batch had particle size variance — issue acknowledged and corrected
Our first 100 kg order showed D90 particle size closer to 320 microns on internal sieve analysis, outside the stated 150–300 micron spec, which caused minor flow issues in our capsule-filling equipment. We flagged this to the supplier immediately. To their credit, they responded within 24 hours, acknowledged the milling deviation, and shipped a replacement 50 kg lot within 10 days at no charge. The replacement batch tested at D90 ~265 microns — fully within spec. Protein and microbiological parameters were correct on both lots. Cautiously optimistic for future orders.
