Our first 8 kg order contained a noticeable proportion of larvae outside the stated 12–18 mm specification — roughly 20% were undersized at 8–10 mm, unsuitable for our adult chameleon accounts. We raised the issue directly with the sales team, who acknowledged a grading calibration issue affecting that production batch. The replacement shipment and all subsequent orders have been correctly graded and within spec. Calcium worm quality itself is strong — our reptile customers confirm improved feeding response versus mealworms. Issue was resolved professionally; we've continued ordering monthly since.
