Our first 100 kg order arrived with moisture content slightly above our internal threshold of 8% — we measured 9.3% on one of the 25 kg bags. This was a concern given our 12-month shelf life expectation. I contacted the supplier immediately and they responded within the same business day, arranged a partial replacement shipment, and provided updated drying process documentation confirming sub-65°C protocols. The replacement product tested at 6.8% moisture. Protein content on both shipments was fine at around 49–50%. The after-sales response was handled well and we have since placed a follow-up order.
