Initial Batch Had Size Inconsistency — Resolved Promptly
First order of 15 kg showed noticeable size variation, with roughly 20% of larvae below the 15 mm minimum spec, which created sorting labour for our axolotl feeding program. I raised the issue with the support team, who responded within 4 hours, explained it was a grading calibration issue on one rearing cohort, and offered a partial credit plus priority replacement shipment. The replacement batch was graded correctly with larvae averaging 17–21 mm. Calcium and protein specs were fine on both deliveries. Issue was handled professionally. Will order again with confidence.
