Initial shipment had moisture variance – issue acknowledged and corrected
Our first 1 MT order showed moisture content at 9.2% on two of the eight bags tested, exceeding the ≤8% specification. This raised concerns for our shelf-life calculations under AAFCO guidelines. We raised the issue immediately and the supplier responded within 24 hours, issued a partial credit, and provided a replacement lot at no additional freight cost. The replacement shipment tested at 7.4–7.7% moisture across all samples. Appreciate the professional resolution. We have since placed a 2 MT follow-up order and quality has been consistent.
