Ordered 5 tons of ETP steel coil (0.7mm thickness, 400mm width, 22-micron copper) for electrical enclosure components. First delivery had coating thickness variation of ±4 micrometers on 2 coils, outside our ±2.5 micron tolerance. Supplier immediately arranged replacement coils within 8 days and provided 5% discount on order. Replacement material met specifications with proper X-ray fluorescence verification reports. Communication was professional throughout resolution process. Substrate mechanical properties and copper purity were satisfactory on all coils.
