Our first 80 kg shipment of dried cricket meal tested at 9.4% moisture — marginally above the ≤8% specification on the COA. This is a concern for shelf stability in our Florida warehouse conditions. I raised it with their QC team immediately. They acknowledged the deviation, provided a corrective action report referencing their HACCP thermal processing protocol, and replaced 20 kg at no charge. The replacement batch tested at 7.1%. Issue was handled professionally and quickly. Second order of 150 kg has been problem-free. Cautiously optimistic going forward.
