Initial moisture content issue flagged and resolved satisfactorily
Our first 400 kg order of dried organic mealworm meal arrived with moisture content slightly above the 5% target stated in the product spec — our lab measured 7.2%. We raised this with the supplier immediately. To their credit, they responded within 24 hours, provided a replacement partial shipment at no additional freight cost, and updated their packaging protocol for our account. Subsequent 600 kg reorder met the moisture specification. Crude protein (55.1% DM) and organic certification documents were correct throughout. Issue was resolved professionally; we continue to purchase.
