Our first 500 kg shipment tested at 9.3% moisture content, slightly above the ≤8% specification. We raised this with the supplier immediately, providing our third-party lab report. To their credit, they arranged a partial replacement consignment within 10 days and updated their QC sign-off process for our account. The replacement batch tested at 7.1% — fully compliant. Crude protein at 51% was correct throughout. The issue was handled professionally, and we've since completed a second order without problems. Monitoring closely before committing to larger volumes.
