Our first 80 kg mealworm order included a noticeable proportion of undersized larvae (below 20 mm) mixed into what was ordered as the 25–35 mm graded tier — roughly 15% by count, which affected palatability for our larger reptile clients. We raised the issue with their entomologist support line and received a detailed explanation of a grading screen calibration issue that week. The replacement partial shipment arrived within 5 days and met spec correctly. Subsequent orders have been graded accurately. Good that they took it seriously; we're continuing cautiously with a 60 kg follow-on order.
