Supplied 35 tons of GL steel coil (0.9mm thickness, 1250mm width, Z225 coating) for our agricultural building frames project. Material exhibited excellent weldability using MAG welding process with minimal spatter. Zinc coating remained intact 15mm from weld seam. Mechanical properties consistent across entire order with elongation at 38-42%. Their metallurgical team provided welding parameter recommendations that reduced our defect rate by 60%. Cut-to-length service accuracy was within ±1.5mm tolerance.
