Initial Batch Had Grading Inconsistency — Issue Resolved Promptly
Our first 20kg order of medium-grade larvae (15–20mm) included a noticeable portion of undersized larvae closer to 12mm, which created palatability issues for our adult crested gecko clients. I raised the concern with the quality team within 24 hours. They acknowledged the grading error, issued a partial credit for the affected portion, and included a complimentary upgraded batch in our next order. Subsequent shipments have been correctly graded and nutritional specs — including crude protein at 19g per 100g — were accurate. Issue is resolved; will continue ordering with closer batch inspection on our end.
