Initial coil width variation — issue raised and resolved promptly
Ordered 20 MT of 0.42mm PPGL coils to AS 1397 standard with a slit width of 925mm for corrugated roofing profiles. Upon arrival, we measured two coils slightly outside the agreed width tolerance. I contacted the technical team immediately and they acknowledged the issue, arranged a partial credit, and expedited a replacement consignment within three weeks. The replacement coils were within spec. The response was professional and they clearly take quality feedback seriously. Overall experience improved significantly after the resolution — I'd consider ordering again with this understanding.
